Chartered Building SurveyorJames Lewis BSc (Hons) MRICS is an independent Chartered Building Surveyor and is the sole principal of James Lewis Chartered Surveyors qualifying as a chartered building surveyor in 1998. Prior to setting up his own company, James worked in private practice, predominantly at Associate Directorship level gaining a wide level of experience in professional and contract administration related work. James currently specialises in party wall matters and building surveys. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) James Lewis Chartered Surveyors is an impartial, independent, insured and regulated practice and adheres to strict code of conduct and professional values. We cover most geographical areas inside the M25, but generally concentrate in Surrey and South East/South West London. REGULATED BY RICSWe are regulated by the RICS and our Complaints Handling Process is also compliant with the current Regulations. |
